If you’re looking to return or exchange your order because it is defective, damaged, or otherwise not fit for purpose as defined by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, we accept returns up to 14 days after delivery. If the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at admin@adriennewinkelmann.co.nz  with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Please note the following exceptions to our return policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
  • Items cannot be returned for change of mind.



To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

  • Please email within 14 days of purchase at admin@adriennewinkelmann.co.nz with your order number.
  • Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email.
  • Send all items back to us using the label provided.

How long does it take to receive your refund, replacement product, or store credit?

We will endeavour to process refund, replacement or credits within 7 business days.

 

Are there shipping fees that the customer will need to pay?

We refund the full cost of the item minus the cost of shipping.  Where items are defective we will refund the cost of shipping.

 

Are there any return restocking fees the customer will need to pay?

No.
